What on earth is wrong with the ladies of this generation? This was my exact reaction when I saw this call out by Miss Uju Stella on Instagram.
Some decades ago, it was like a taboo to be born outside wedlock. Young ladies who were pregnant before marriages hid their faces in shame.
I am against shaming of any kind because some of the women were victims of rape or abuse but what I don't get is this trend amongst young ladies who go all the way to deliberately get pregnant for 'celebrities' and proudly flaunt it on social media.
Well, finding have shown that it's quite lucrative. The recent social media fight between Davido and his babymamas Sophia did reveal that she earns a monthly pay of N300,000, Christmas bonus of N500,000, was given a well furnished apartment, a car and also enjoy paid vacations. Who wouldn't want all these plus the free fame that comes with it? But are these stuffs really worth the dignity of these young ladies.
The young lady in question did claim that Burna boy is neglecting her and threatening to assassinate her. I think that is a bit below the belt. The young man should take full responsibility for his actions and ask for a DNA if need be, after all he was the one that brought the ant-infested firewood into his house. The last I checked, condoms are very cheap and are given free in some medical outlets or better still abstinence before marriage.

I just hope this madness would stop soon and for the likes of Uju Stella, stop trading your dignity because good name will forever be better than riches and fame!!!
