Dubai Wahala! Davido Says Dele Momodu is 'His Boy'

I never thought my next topic would make any reference to Dubai but here we go again. Somehow Dubai have managed to be in the center of many social media dramas and one of such drama was that between Davido and his babymama's uncle, Dele Momodu.

The drama was triggered by Davido who excluded his babymama, Sophia from his family's trip to Dubai and made his half sister front as his baby's mum. Sophia got wind of it,  her Uncle managed to stop the trip and all hell were broke loose.

The crooner sang about the incident in Osinachi remix and for some funny  reasons, that's my favourite song at the moment and my best line is ' nor be by force to go to Dubai' (laughs).

After a while, the dust settled and both families were able to settle their differences amicably for the sake of their little daughter.

One would think that would be the end of the bitter battle but it seems Davido isn't willing and ready to let lying dogs lie as he constantly refers to Dele Momodu as 'his boy'.

In his feature in 'bahd, bahddo, bahddest' with Falz and Olamide, Davido referred to the veteran journalist as 'his boy'. In a recent show he performed, he had the crowd chanting ' Dele nah my boy'. Not satisfied with the two scenario, he went to the critic zone (social media) to inform his fans and Internet trolls that Dele is 'his boy'.

I wonder what Dele Momodu did wrong to get himself this kind of everlasting embarrassment, worst still coming from a little boy who is one third his age. I also feel sorry for Dele's children and I think it's high time Davido's father calls his son to order. This is the height of disrespect and I believe his dad is in a better position to caution him.

If Sophia had respected her pride as a,woman, I don't think a mere 23 year old would have the temerity to insult her uncle and I also think Dele should share part of the blame as the airport drama was totally unnecessary. Nevertheless , that doesn't justify Davido's bullish attitude.

I honestly don't know what the world is turning into. Recent displays by Wizkid and Davido just show that the end is near;  can't think of a better reason.
In all of these 'rascal' display, these youngsters should know that Karma exist and it will surely visit when the time is right. A word is enough for the wise!
